Jared Wheeler is a driven young entrepreneur with a sharp eye for innovation and a

deep-rooted passion for the automotive industry. As the developer of the Sienna Hills

Automotive Mall, Jared is helping reshape Southern Utah’s retail automotive

landscape—blending modern infrastructure with a tech-forward vision that caters to both

large dealer groups and OEMs.

Best known for his advancements in integrating technology and marketing within the

auto industry, Jared has worked closely with some of the nation’s leading dealership

networks to streamline operations and elevate customer experience. He is the founder

of Keysy Inc, a groundbreaking marketing platform aimed at revolutionizing the

automobile industry.

In addition to his tech ventures, Jared owned and operated the largest independent

dealership group in Southern. His unique ability to bridge traditional automotive

business with emerging technology has earned him widespread admiration across the

region.

With strong business relationships and deep community ties, Jared brings energy,

insight, and invaluable connections to the Sienna Hills development team—solidifying

his role as a key player in the next generation of automotive retail.

As a project architect with over 25 years of experience, Troy brings a wealth of knowledge involving planning, design and construction administration.  Troy has had the opportunity to focus on car dealership development during that time and has enjoyed working with clients from the inception to the completion of their projects.  Troy’s services include everything from site selection input and due diligence work, through design plans, construction documentation, furniture selection and coordination, equipment coordination and construction management.

Automotive Expert | Entrepreneur | Leadership Consultant

David R. Ibarra is a leadership consultant, speaker, and author from Salt Lake City.  At 28 years old he started his first business, beginning an entrepreneurial career that spans the hospitality, automotive, and leadership consulting industries. He is the founder of eLeaderTech, IBG, David Ibarra Enterprises, and the Think and Grow Rich Institute – Latin America. 

Humble Beginnings

David’s story began as the son of a Mexican immigrant father and a rural Utah mother. When his parents divorced, 2-year-old David and his 3-year-old brother were placed into foster care until they reconnected with their father as teenagers. At eighteen years of age, David started his career in the hospitality industry as a dishwasher. Ten years later, he became the youngest franchise owner of Farrell’s Ice Cream Parlour Restaurant - a division of the Marriott Corporation.

Business Leader

David held several leadership positions for the Marriott Corporation and was the general manager of a large automobile dealership. These experiences, from entry-level to leadership, prepared him to form the Ibarra companies which include an insurance firm, brokerage firm, learning institute, and performance software company. David is an accomplished public speaker, trainer, and success coach who is invited to deliver keynote addresses all across the United States. David received a U.S. Patent for his performance management software “Executing the Standards®”. He is also the recipient of an Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from Salt Lake Community College.

Giving Back

David has participated in a variety of community and leadership positions including an appointment by President Bill Clinton to the U.S. Air Force Academy Board of Visitors. He has also served as a board member for the Salt Lake International Airport, Utah Private Industry Council, Central Region Council of the Utah Department of Workforce Services, the Utah New Vehicle Franchise Board, Latino Leaders Network, and Utah Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Much of David’s personal charitable contributions are directed to the Ibarra Foundation, established in 2004 to make college possible for Latino students. Over 100 students have received full-tuition scholarships from the Ibarra Foundation. For more than 30 years, David has been committed to “Time Tithing” - weekly mentoring sessions for people, from all walks of life, who bring their business ideas and concerns to him for advice.

With over 40 years of experience in the automotive dealership industry, Ted brings a

deep understanding of both the operational and strategic sides of auto retail to

commercial land development. As the visionary and lead developer behind the Sienna

Hills Automotive Mall, Ted has successfully blended industry insight with forward-

thinking infrastructure planning to create one of the region's premier destinations for

automotive sales and service.

His decades of hands-on dealership experience have shaped a development approach

that prioritizes functionality, visibility, and long-term value for tenants and investors alike.

Under his leadership, Sienna Hills has become a model of modern automotive retail

planning—offering a cohesive environment for dealerships, service centers, and related

businesses to thrive.

Partner, Pilo Venture Studios | Developer, Sienna Hills Automotive Mall

Greg is currently a partner at Philo Venture Studios, a private equity firm based out of Northern Utah. Greg is able to use the real estate knowledge he gained as the Vice President of NAI Excel to bring a unique perspective to the projects he leads. With an MBA and a degree in accounting, Greg is able to create robust pro forma and project modeling.  

As the current chairman of the Southern Utah Housing Authority, Greg has served on several boards including the Institute of Business Integrity at Dixie State University. He was an original investor of Sand Hollow Resort in Hurricane, Utah. He is currently developing projects well over $100 million in value. 

Born and raised in St. George, Utah, Greg grew up with a deep love of the outdoors. People say that St. George only has two kinds of weather, absolutely perfect or very rare. Hiking , pickleball, soccer and many other sports are some of his favorite things to do. 

Greg and his wife Miki have 4 children. Greg lives by the motto, “there are no strangers, only friends you haven’t met yet.” 

Legal Counsel, Sienna Hills Automotive Mall | Partner, Wayment and Jones Law

JJustin Wayment is a seasoned attorney and partner at Wayment and Jones Law, a

boutique firm based in Southern Utah that specializes in real estate transactions and

development, water law, and municipal governance. With over 25 years of legal

experience, Justin has been instrumental in shaping the development landscape across

Beaver, Iron, Garfield, and Washington Counties—representing both municipalities and

private developers.

His dual perspective gives him a unique ability to craft innovative legal strategies and

zoning frameworks that promote smart, sustainable growth. In addition to his municipal

work, Justin has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs launch start-ups and investment

ventures throughout Southern Utah, particularly in the real estate and land development

sectors. He also serves as legal counsel for several title companies, resolving complex

issues related to property titles, boundaries, and high-value transactions.

Beyond his legal practice, Justin is actively engaged in real estate development as

president of Keystone Developers, focusing on residential projects in Iron County, and

as vice president of Silver Nest Egg, which manages commercial real estate

investments in Utah and Colorado. in Southern Utah, focusing in Beaver, Iron, Garfield, and Washington Counties. As an attorney representing both municipalities and private developers, Justin provides unique insight and creative solutions by facilitating effective community development through drafting and modifying municipal zoning laws that promote organized, economical, and professional development. 

Justin has assisted hundreds of clients to establish start-up companies throughout Southern Utah for a variety of purposes including professional real estate services, business ventures, and land investments. In addition to these services, Justin serves as counsel for several title companies located in Southern Utah and is regularly involved in resolving property title issues, boundary disputes, and complex transactions. 

Justin is also personally involved in real estate development. He is the president of Keystone Developers, a development company that develops residential properties in Iron County, and serves as vice-president for Silver Nest Egg, an investment company focusing on commercial real estate investments located in both Utah and Colorado. 

In an effort to give back to the community and to promote the education of children, Justin serves as the acting president of the Iron County School Foundation Board and donates legal services to several non-profit organizations established to improve and protect the children of Iron County. 

Justin is married to Wendy Wayment of 30 years and has four children. Justin adopts Abraham Lincoln’s motto: Be sure to stand in the right place and then be firm.
